The area: Product & Technical Sales Support
The Product & Technical Sales Support (PTSS) team serves as the primary point of contact for our global Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams to support our sales organization across all products. We provide tools so that our sales teams can focus on generating revenue and leverage our strong relationships with Google's Tech teams to enable our sales organization to do multi-solution selling, launch and support new products, and help and engage our users.
The role: Manager, Rich Media LATAM Operations - Sao Paulo
Rich Media is on the cutting edge of Google's Display business and is growing at an unprecedented rate. The Rich Media Client Services team leads Google's engagement with large brand advertisers, technology partners, website publishers and creative agencies. Manage high revenue interactive accounts and develop strong relationships with clients to maximize campaign activity. To ensure high adoption and usage of our Rich Media product, you build client interest, communicate performance metrics and develop creative campaign strategies. You also provide support for highly complex technical issues, as our ads are among the most engaging and dynamic on the Internet and utilize the most innovative display formats technically possible.
You will act as the services business owner for the entire LATAM Rich Media market in partnership with the Media and Platforms Sales teams. Your team will work closely with advertising agencies, creative agencies and advertisers concentrated in the Latam market as consultants; proactively advising customers on campaign strategies and technical solutions. You will act as the point of contact within the Rich Media Operations team for all strategic business planning and related escalations from the Media and Platforms side of the business in addition to our outsourced Buenos Aires operations. You will oversee Rich Media Campaign Managers and Production teams, working in collaboration with Sales, DoubleClick Platform Services and Product Management, as well as external client contacts to continuously improve our service and product offerings. You will lead your team by inspiring them to improve their performance, balance their workload, provide career development plans and make sure they receive constant training.






Responsibilities:

* Maintain the team's consistently high client service ratings and manage client escalations, engaging necessary resources and driving resolution
* Manage day-to-day quality assurance/live issues support and vendor management including but not limited to technical problem-solving, escalation management, resource planning and metrics reporting.
* Track teams? and vendor performance metrics and develop strategies to increase efficiency of the business
* Develop and maintain relationships with strategic clients, technology partners, web site publishers, media agencies and creative agencies
* Work effectively with a variety of internal teams, including Account Management, Support, Sales, Engineering and Product Management





Minimum qualifications:

* BA/BS degree. In lieu of education, 4 years of relevant experiences.
* Relevant project management experience.
* Background in online advertising, campaign management, or an Advertising Operations organization.





Preferred qualifications:

* Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
* Demonstrable technical experience in one or more of the following: Flash, ActionScript, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, HTML5
* Ability to coordinate efforts between multiple functions. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable interacting with both clients and internal departments.
* Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
