Our client based in Portsmouth is the UK leading outsourced call centre. They started up in 1998 and today have around 2,000 people working from four sites across the UK, servicing some of the world\'s best known brands including Volkswagen, Barclays, Shell, Toyota, O2 and Sky. And they are still growing- 40% year on year since 2005!
They were named ‘Contact Centre of the Year\' and ‘Agency of the Year\' for 2007 by Marketing Magazine!!!
Due to their constant growth they are now recruiting 1 Inbound and 1 Outbound Team Leaders to join them. You will be managing a team of 10 - 15 Call Agents. Your role will involve supervising, motivating the team, doing calls quality checks, dealing with queries and liaising with the management team.
You will have previous experience in either Inbound or Outbound Team Leader role.
