Company: Our client is a well known advertising and marketing company based in Wales. Their European Headquarters is home to the main functions of the company namely; sales, marketing, finance, customer and technical support. Role: As a technical support specialist you will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of servers and other network devices to promote efficient operations and managing the possible technical issues of clients. You will assist the Network Manager. Your role will involve supporting the company’s products, wireless routers, wi-fi applications both onsite as well as remote.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, Networks, networking, routers, desktops and Microsoft and knowledge of computer network design concepts, you will have technical degree or technical training with certificate, you will speak on native level Dutch and fluent English.
