A luxury fashion brand located in the heart of london are recruiting for a customer relationship manager.The successful candidate will build good relationships with both external and internal Customers globally
Quickly learn the new SAP processes and implement best practice solutions
Manage and develop the Supervisors and their teams in their newly defined roles
Prepare workflow documentation for specific order management tasks and align to training program for content knowledge proficiency.
Transform Customer Service Department into a proactive versus reactive organization in a way that creates a superior customer service model
Create an operational relationship model with Sales, Global Sourcing and Logistics to create a common view of business issues against planned delivery targets
Work with Sales to develop strategies that support replenishment opportunities or product switches when product cancellations arise
Ensure key customers are given top priority to ensure complete and on-time order fulfilment
Offer a proactive, solution orientated Customer Service
Work closely with the Customer Service data team to ensure allocation rules are up to date, replenishment opportunities are maximised and cancellations kept to a minimum
Create and implement a training program for Customer Service.
