International Information systems coordinate the IT activities of 40 subsidiaries of BNP Paribas Assurance, these subsidies are based internationally.

BNP Paribas Assurance designs and markets its products and services under two brands: BNP Paribas for products distributed by the BNP Paribas network in France and Cardif for the other networks and distribution partners in France and international markets.

Your main duties will be the following:
Organize monitoring of IT activities in subsidiaries:
- Provide clearer visibility of maintenance activities and IT projects
- Setting up Organiser Regulars Points, immediately or adhering to a schedule, regarding new projects and studies, in different domains
- Update and validate cartography

Provide consultancy, assistance and information to subsidiaries:
- Be the direct contact for the local management of projects
- Assist partnerships between subsidiaries and external providers, especially with off-shore developers
- Improve revenues / efficiencies and the project cycle in general
- Coordinate corrective maintenance activities of existing applications. Lead the creation of maintenance comities
- Contribute to solutions analysis, to evaluate and judge choices and challenge them with alternative solutions if required

Lead the knowledge sharing between subsidiaries:
- Consolidate best practices and capitalize on the solutions developed by subsidiaries
- Work closely with the Capitalisation Coordinator, in order to establish what can be shared in terms of IT projects and reusable documentation
- Promote the re-use of shared documents and best practices
- Maintain solutions catalogue

Requirements:
- Successful candidates will preferably be IT graduates (possibly a Masters Degree)
- Ideal candidates with a proven track record in a similar business environment with five years-plus experience in project management.
- Experience in IT is preferred, and in setting up internationals administration platforms.
- You need a strong IT culture.

- Knowledge or experience of banking products including FX, Money Market, Banknote and Payments is required.
- Fluent English and French are required. Any further languages are an advantage
