Job Description

For one of our international clients in the fashion industry, we are looking for an enthusiastic and service oriented candidate for their Retail Helpdesk. The Retail Helpdesk provides multilingual support to our client’s retail shops throughout Europe.

Job Profile

Your main responsibility is to solve both technical problems with the shops’ POS (Point of Sale system) and answer procedural questions in a timely fashion.
Monitoring data flows and ensuring the integrity of sales and stock data from the tills to the retail systems, as well as following up hardware and software issues with our client’s suppliers are amongst the other responsibilities of this job.
The right candidate likes working as part of a small team, have a strong affinity with computers and good problem solving skills.
Following up on hardware and software issues with suppliers.
There will be regular scheduled weekend and out of office hours mobile duty to support the shops.

Candidate Profile

Have a HBO/WO degree.
Fluent in English, Dutch, French and German.
Have affinity with computers.
Have an analytical and inquisitive mind.
Should be customer-focused and have excellent communication skills.
Be a reliable and flexible colleague who enjoys working in a team.
Be able to work fast with accuracy.
Be capable of multi-tasking.
Show a considerable level of personal commitment and enthusiasm.
1-2 years experience.
