Job Description

The Position:

Offering exceptional customer service, you will be contributing towards the generation of revenue by quoting and selling airfares and booking special meals, wheelchair requests and seating, ensuring an unsurpassed level of customer service is maintained. Constantly seeking sales opportunities of all Emirates special products, promotions, hotels, and offers, you will be able to identify callers needs while reminding passengers of the legal requirements covering their journey, ensuring all passports, visa and health issues are explained and fully covered.

With an impeccable telephone manner and a dedication to exceeding the customers expectations, you will be educated to a minimum of GCSE or equivalent. With previous experience in a customer service role, preferable within a travel or contact centre environment, you will be 100% fluent in English in addition to one or more of the following languages: German, Italian or French.

Terms & Conditions:
We currently have full time positions available consisting of 37.5 hrs per week working on a shift pattern basis within the Contact Centre opening times (07.30 - 23.00, 7 days a week, 365 days a year). Training for the above positions will consist of a 4 week full time training session (37.5 Hrs per week Mon-Fri, 09.00 - 17.30).

These positions are only open to applicants who have a British passport, are a permanent resident or have already obtained the right to live and work in the UK. Emirates is not able to assist with the process of obtaining visas or work permits.
