In House Recruiter with German

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join one of our clients based in Dublin. The purpose of the role is to manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and strategic HR projects

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Manage the recruitment process across the business.
• Ensure the recruitment process is compliant with relevant employment legislation and best practice
• Source candidates using the most effective recruitment mediums
• Retain and develop progressive relationships with external clients, agencies etc.
• Conduct aptitude tests and provide feedback on the results
• Track all internal and external recruitment activity
• Ensure compliance to legal obligations under current employment law
• Proactive approach to recruitment processes using initiative to improve current practices and systems
• Conduct interviews with hiring managers and participate fully in the selection process.
• Carry out reference checks, medical & testing on senior candidates.
• Manage the contract offer and acceptance process.
• Constantly review referral sources and manage relationships with preferred recruitment agencies.
• Manage specific recruitment campaigns as required including all internal and external advertising.
• Manage strategic recruitment projects
• Participate in and organise graduate recruitment fairs
• Organise accommodation for candidates relocating from abroad and assisting with any queries they have



Necessary Qualifications / Skills:
• A minimum of two years experience working in a progressive Recruitment/HR environment.
• Competency based interview experience desirable
• Excellent time management, coordination and organisational skills
• Ability to develop and build strong internal relations
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• Good computing skills in Word, Excel and preferably Human Resource systems.
• Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative
• Team player who enjoys an open working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent German



Desirable Qualifications / Skills:
• Experience of in-house recruitment
• Experience of recruitment in a Financial Services environment
• Studying towards or CIPD qualified
• Psychometric testing qualification
