Job Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

Role:
As part of an international team of approximately forty translation checkers, your work will involve word-by-word checking of translations from German prepared by in-house and external technical staff, adapting existing translations to conform to new versions of foreign documents, etc., and some general office work associated with the finishing and dispatching of translations.
Recruits who demonstrate their ability can be offered the opportunity to progress to trainee translator and then to full translator status; alternatively they may progress to administrative functions within the Company, virtually all such positions being filled internally.

Profile:
·Graduate linguists with English up to mother tongue standard and excellent German
·Any other European language, in addition to German and English is preferred
·Applicants must have degree-level qualifications in English, German and any other relevant language(s), well developed critical faculties and good powers of concentration.
·Must be able to commute or live close to Gerrard\'s Cross in Buckinghamshire.
