Our client is an International Insurance company located in Dublin.
We are recruiting a Team Leader / Senior Customer Service/New Business Administrator with fluent spoken and written Italian together with a good working knowledge of English to support our Italian business, based in Dublin, Ireland. The role:
Working within our Italian operation in Dublin, Ireland you will
• Supervise and lead a team of customer service rep/administrators
• assist the team in delivering a high quality and effective service to our clients,
• communicating with our Italian customers to set up new application forms for new
• insurance policies. You will assist our Italian customers with all enquiries to ensure a
• proficient and quality service is given at all times.



Experience required:
• Italian: Native level
• English: Fluent / Proficient level a must
• 2 to 3 years previous experience at senior level in a customer service role, within the life insurance or finance to sector
• Previous experience as a Team Leader would be an advantage
• Good administration skills
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• experience with using IT packages such as Word and Excel.
