Main Responsibilities:

Be part of changing inbound and outbound sales campaigns to existing members offering various holiday products.
You will be supplying our members with all the information needed for their dream holiday.
Recommending beautiful holiday locations for our members to visit.
Meeting personal and team sales targets on a weekly & monthly basis to achieve great incentives.
Working in an exciting target driven sales environment as a part of a supportive and dynamic team.
Delivering a high level of service to our friendly members.

Experience:
You must have fluency in Scandavian languages with a high proficiency in English.
An ability to handle challenging customer service and sales situation.
Be a team player, fast learner, and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
Experience of working in a sales environment or call centre would be a distinct advantage, though not a neccessity as full training will be provided.
Basic PC skills are also required.
Excellent telephone manner.
A friendly personality is a must.
