Duties:

Responsible for ensuring that the Shared Service Centre is kept up to date with developments in the relevant product lines.
Participating in technical training of Customer Service, Tenders, Representatives and Internal Departments as necessary.
Work with training coordinator on induction product training and continual training
To provide specialist first line product and procedural information to customers
Technical back-up to customers services on product lines
Working with the Training Coordinator to ensure product training records are kept up to date.

Qualifications/Requirments
· Clinical/Medical qualification/background
· Comprehensive anatomical knowledge
· Working knowledge of hospital/clinical/theatre environment
· Experience delivering group training, particularly suited to non-medical personnel
· Good written and verbal command of English; second European Language other than English may be useful
· Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with proven experience of dealing with
people at all organization levels
