REQUIRED SKILLS

· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high quality service.
· Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail.
· Excellent organisational skills.
· A team player with a positive attitude.
· Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

DESIRED SKILLS

· Knowledge of products and services.
· Fluency in German.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Generate outbound phone calls to activate packages.

2. Take service calls for clients needing to change, deactivate or that have questions regarding vacation packages.

3. Keep accurate records in Goldmine to ensure customer’s history is up to date and complete.

4. Ensure all calls are recorded in Goldmine and that pending calls are scheduled in order to proactively chase activations.
