Primary role comprises quoting and booking of sports packages, hens and stags packages and general travel products.

Job Functions:

* Quote travel packages for individuals and groups
* Make bookings for hotels, airlines, tour operators
* To process documentation
* To be proactive in managing and resolving issues
* To take ownership of individual tasks
* To provide guidance and support to fellow team members
* Identifying and delivering process efficiencies where appropriate

Job Scope:

Reporting to the Company Directors, the candidate will be in charge of the further development of this department. The candidate will be responsible for further developing the systems, and efficiency of the operation. The candidate will work closely with the directors in regards to marketing and product development.

Key Skills:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Sound judgement / decision making
* Strong teamwork ethos, as well as ability to work as an individual
* Strong relationship management skills to foster repeat business and referrals
* Superior organisational and time keeping skills
* Proficient in the use of a Global Reservation System. Worldspan an advantage, but not a prerequisite
* Knowledge of Filemaker Pro an advantage but not a prerequisite
* Superior knowledge of internet travel sites and booking systems

Experience:

* 3 years experience in travel industry
* Experience in dealing with groups
