For a large expanding international telecommunications company, we are now looking for a several new members for their European customer support team in Prague. The role requires fluent communication in English and one other European language. You will be joining a stable, multicultural and successful organisation and dealing with customer technical queries from various locations in Europe, specifically handling the company's top customers

In this role you will:
- Interract with customers solving common problems and technical issues
- Receive incoming calls and emails from customers with serious technical issues
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems
- Maintain regular contact with customers until the problem or question is resolved
- Deal with occaisional non technical issues as needed
- Log and report all customer contact and fault information
- Manage ticketing and CRM system

We require:
- Fluent English language, plus advanced business communication skills in Dutch, Italian, German or Swedish
- Previous Experience in telephone based technical customer support position
- Proactive personality
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver world class customer service
- Must have EU passport or Permanent Residency for the Czech Republic
- Previous experience with ticketing systems and/or telecomunication products is an advantage
