Service Desk Analyst role in major international IT Services company in Prague. Our Client is expanding their international Service Desk team and is currently looking for candidates to provide 1st line internal user support across Europe.

You will serve as a point of contact for all IT related issues and will log, assign, escalate and monitor to resolution assigned issues and incidents according to agreed procedures and time lines.

Requirements:
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English
* Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Flemish, French, German, Italian
* Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone manners
* General knowledge of IT
* Customer care and support skills
* Reliable, organised and able to work with minimum supervision
* Ability to work in an open, fast international environment
* Genuine team player
