The Company
Hogarth Worldwide is a leading advertising implementation agency based in London. We produce TV, digital and print campaigns for some of the largest and most recognisable brands in the world.
The Role
Due to rapid expansion, Hogarth is seeking a Transcreation Manager to manage the transcreation and production of advertising for major global brands.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Pre-screening and selecting a Native team of Writers and Editors that understand the different Brands tone of voice.
Managing the transcreation process with the team of approved writers
Evaluating the transcreations received to ensure they meet the clients brief (format, tone of voice, language and style) and that the brand and the message is relevant in the local market.
Planning and executing complex schedules to accommodate client requirements, including evaluating risks related to cost, cycle time, and capacity.
Building the Brand Glossary and Library of Approved Assets for all of the markets.
Tracking financial information.
Manage client expectations.
Work with Account Managers and Production to ensure the projects are produced to a high quality and delivered on time.
The Requirements
Essential:
Either a Degree in a Language-related, Translation, Journalism or International Business course or relevant experience gained in these fields.
Project Management / Account Management experience gained in a fast-paced, high pressured environment
Proven knowledge of Trados
Knowledge of Advertising / Brand Marketing
Bilingual and Bi-cultural
Passion for languages
The ability to work under pressure
Friendly and open-minded
Good attention to detail
Highly organised
