Trilingual Italian, Spanish and English Sales Representative - Cork

Selling to the SME market.

Working with a leading multinational IT company based in Cork, who are looking for an Italian and Spanish BTB Telesales Representative. The suitable candidate will be the first point of contact with their existing and perspective customers. This position is responsible for converting sales leads and opportunities into orders by taking phone orders for small and medium business customers via inbound and / or outbound telephone calls.
Providing telephone sales service for small and medium companies
Taking business customers calls for advice and assistance in choosing and ordering their products
Promoting the companies products and promotions to all customers requesting general information.

Responsibilities:
· Provide first level sales and pre sales support and creating solutions.
· Close sales, cross-sell and up-sell the companies products
· Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
· Maintain a database of clients and prospects and tracking of all sales leads in their CRM System.
· Conduct targeted outbound sales campaigns.
· Achieve sales targets and phone work targets such as talk time and call volumes

Language Requirements:

· The candidate must be fluent in Italian and Spanish

Experience

· A proven Sales track record in a commission driven environment.
· Telesales experience is essential.
· Call centre experience is preferred.

Salary is basic of 25k + 17k OTE, healthcare, pension, gym, canteen, parking and more........
