German, Norwegian or Swedish Speaking Telesales Representative

Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit a German, Norwegian or Swedish Speaking Telesales Representative for their offices based in Merseyside.

Job Role

The role of the telesales representative is key to the successful delivery of our clients’ services and client satisfaction. You will be focused on generating high value appointment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include:

The specific requirements of this role include:

• To call into small and medium businesses presenting a variety of products/solutions
• To generate appointments with end users for the field sales team to visit and present the required product/solution
• To reach the targets outlined in each engagement
• Exceeding phone time, decision maker calls and appointment targets.
• Ensure consistent Customer experience on all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Ensure client branding and customer experience is maximised on every engagement.
• Develop ongoing business relationships with the clients.
• To attend, undertake program training and continually improve Sales and Technical skill sets.
• Ensuring Data quality within CRM System.

The Candidate

• Fluent in English with German, Norwegian or Swedish
• Skill of Developing and nurturing relationships
• Strong telephone and communication skills ( listening/questioning/probing skill and objection handling)
• Have detailed contract knowledge of client proposition, features, advantages and benefits
• Be able to follow defined quality standards for data entry and checking
• Be able to follow defined complaints and escalation procedures
• Act consistently in a professional manner and as a role model to all staff
• Show a commitment to personal development and career progression
• Be a team player to drive the company to be successful
• Performance orientated and motivated to succeed.
• Telesales Experience within technology sector
• Channel telesales experience an advantage

Salary: £17,500 + 10% Bonus
