Manpower are currently recruiting for multilingual HR consultants, for one of the worlds leading e-commerce companies based in Dublin.

As a HR consultant you would be responsible for responding to employees and managers regarding complex and sensitive issues. Specific responsibilities may include providing guidance regarding interpretation of policies and programs, employee counselling, equal employment opportunity, disability services, labour relations and/or new employee orientation. You would Investigate employee complaints and disputes, and issue the company’s response. You would be responsible for Liaising with legal department and other experts to effectively deal with possible conflicts related to employment practices

A suitable candidate will have:
- BS/BA Degree or educational equivalent
- 2-5 years HR experience including 1 year plus employee relations
- Direct experience in customer facing role or environment
- Multi lingual capabilities, with one of the languages specified
