Role: Senior Functional Architect
Career Band: C2

Job Description:
Mandatory
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience with leading organizations. Minimum of 8 years in IT and 4-6 years in functional role
• Should have experience in leading the team of functional consultants
• Should have solid experience in leading the requirement workshops, business users group during requirement capture phase, understanding of AS-IS Processes and defining TO-BE business processes for CRM/ERP/SCM etc.
• Should have good understanding of Industry Trends, and should be able to design future & foolproof solution involving multiple applications
• Should have good understanding of the Industry Best practice and should be able to align customer practices with best in class industry processes
• Should have at least six large end to end project implementation experience out of which at least two should be large business transformation projects involving business change management
• Should have hands on experience of providing in-depth architecture knowledge
• Should have good experience of at least three industry processes for e.g. Order to Cash, Source to Procure, and Procure to Retire etc.
• Should have experience of coordinating and handing end user training
• Should have experience in project risk management, cross team collaboration, issue resolution and escalation
• Should have solid foundation in IT Project methodologies
• Should have experience in preparing business case and ROI calculations
Desired
• Degree in Engineering, Master degree in business management from reputed institute
• Industry recognized certification
• Functional Consultant Certification from product vendor for e.g. SAP Certification, Oracle Certification etc.
• Active participation in the industry forums and thought leadership forums
