Job Description

Italian and Spanish Jobs are currently recruiting for an international company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Our client, an international call centre company, is looking for a Italian Customer Service Agent to service the Italian market for one of their many international clients

Duties and Responsibilities

- Handles customer’s technical problems arising from the client’s product/s
- Assisting customers and end users via the telephone, assisting the customer to understand how to use the product properly and logging and resolving problems through the following of policies and procedures for call handling and client problem solving
- Ensures that all communication with customers is within the guidelines of the client
- Ensures that all data is collected accurately and follows up on calls and keeping records of calls placed and deal appropriately with relevant client escalations
- Deals with requests for replacing defective parts and maintains pertinent paperwork and records
- Provide timely and consistent, regular first call fix services to customer/clients at an acceptable rate and deal with any complaints
- Provide accurate, reliable and consistent research information timeously to customer/clients
- Ensure that call backs to customers/clients are informative and resourceful
- Ensure daily professional, accurate and timeous correspondence via email, faxes and customer feedback to customer/clients
- Communicates relevant information to the supervisor on a timely basis

Requirements

- Matric
- Telephonic Technical Support Experience
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in the Italian/Spanish and English Languages (Both orally and written skills) and listening skills
- Strong Customer Service orientated behaviour and solid team player
- Possess excellent problem solving skills and good time management skills
