Job Description
IBM recruit Technical support agent to work in their Nordic Processor team.

Requirements:
Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Swedish or Finnish
Experience in help desk support
Call management skills and good communication skills
Problem management and troubleshooting skills
Customer service (preferably call centre) experience
Technical experience - 2 year certificate is sufficient, a degree or higher if possible
Account will also look favourably on people who may not be so technical but who have some experience of Banking Industry (front desk cashier who has interest in IT)
The two are not mutually exclusive so we can still hire tech basic skills who have no banking exp and we can also hire bank experienced reps with no tech Qualification but an aptitude.
