Excellent Opportunity to work for International Pharmaceutical company in Dublin West!
As a Technical Support Agent you will:
Provide first level front office PC and telecoms support for business users in all over Europe
Handle first level support tickets in helpdesk system to support/resolve them on site or via remote support
Utilise 3rd party support vendors when required
Work in close cooperation with local and international 3rd party support vendors to ensure the best customer service level
Ideal candidate:
1 + year exp in technical support
Working knowledge of MS Windows XP, MS Office 2000/XP
Fluent English + French or Italian
Excellent salary: 25 – 27K + 10% Bonus
