SRG have been appointed to recruit Chinese Customer Service Executives to work for one of the leading online gaming companies in Gibraltar.

The ideal candidate will be well educated (ideally to degree level), have at least 1-2 year recent call center experience, preferably for an internet based company. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be flexible on working hours, and have the desire to progress your career within online gaming / betting after 1 year.

The online gaming industry is rapidly expanding in Gibraltar and the successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their career very quickly into areas such as Marketing, Web Communications, Operations, Sports Trading, Fraud, Customer Service Management, Sales Management, Finance.

Also the ideal candidate will be able to speak fluent Cantonese or Mandarin, and will be happy to use the written Pinyin format, whilst also being eligible to work in the EU.
