Based in Bletchley, near Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, you will be working for a UK company that has strong business connections with France. This is a permanent role and your responsibilities will be managing a team of 6, setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality, identifying training needs, organising staffing including shift patterns and planning and developing staff recruitment. In addition you will be dealing with escalated issues, sourcing new contractors and meeting with existing contractors on day trips to France about twice a month. To do this you will need to be fluent in French and English, have experience supervising and leading a team in a fast paced commercial environment, and a true understanding of the French culture. You must be well presented with excellent communication skills and a positive outlook. Regular short trips to France part of the role!
