Job Description

Select Recruitment Gibraltar are currently recruiting for 4 Russian speaking Customer Services Agents to work for a leading on-line gaming company specialising in poker. The ideal candidates will be Latvian or Lithuanian and hold an EU passport.

The role requires the ideal candidate to speak Russian as their language or a completely fluent / bilingual level, as well as speaking fluent English. The candidate must be 100% confident in translating English into Russian both spoken and written as you will be given a timed language test.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The role will involve supporting clients both over the phone and via email providing an extremely high level of customer service in regards to their betting / gaming experience. You must make sure that any problems and queries are dealt with in a timely, efficient and timely manner.

If you are the ideal candidate for this opportunity then you will have strong commercial customer service experience working in a corporate office environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be flexible on working hours as this role requires shift work.

For this position, the ideal candidate will already be living in Southern Spain or Gibraltar. However, the employer will accept candidates wishing to relocate from Other European Countries who hold an EU passport. Your flight costs for interview will be covered and you will even be offered a relocation package! Please state your passport / visa information and marital status on your CV.

This position pays £20,000.
