A large pharmaceutical company is seeking an experience customer Service Agent fluent in Spanish and other one agent fluent in Spanish AND Portuguese. The company is global organization that develops and commercializes innovative high-added value products in key areas.

JOB SPEC:
1. Order Management and Customer Service.
2. Interfaces with Commissionaire, Warehouse, etc
3. Complaint handling
4. Month End / Quarter End Management
5. Assistance to sales logistics teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Third degree education in Economics, Business, Accounting…
· Proficiency in Spanish, Spanish-Portuguese and English is a must
· Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service environment
· Intermediate user of Microsoft package products.
· Excellent telephone manner
· Ability to work under own initiative
