large pharmaceutical company is seeking a Swiss German speaker fluent in French and English. The company is global organization that develops and commercializes innovative high-added value products in key areas.

JOB SPEC:
1. Order Management and Customer Service.
2. Interfaces with Commissionaire, Warehouse, etc
3. Complaint Handling
4. Month End / Quarter End Management
5. Rescheduling / Back Orders Management
6. Involvement in Special Projects
REQUIREMENTS:
· Third degree education in Economics, Business, Accounting…
· Proficiency in Swiss-German and French as well as English
· Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service environment
· Intermediate user of Microsoft Office products.
· SAP knowledge is an advantage
· Excellent telephone manner
· Ability to work under own initiative
