Responsibilities of the role:

Application for Payments:
Ensure timely submittal of all Application for Payments and they reflect correctly our progress and cost position at that time.

Cashflow:
Preparation of monthly Cashflow based on the above and in conjunction with the accounts department.

Sub contractor payments:
Prepare and issue sub contractor payment certificates to account for payment.

Preparation of Final Accounts:
Assist contracts Directors & Managers in the preparation of Final Accounts. Ensure they are issued on time and correctly reflect the position of the contract costs.

Contract Documentation & Collateral Agreements:
Read and assess contract documentation and advise Elenco on implications were required.

Monitor Variation Account

Review project accounts with respect to ensuring the prompt reporting of variations. Liaise directly with contracts managers and foreman to ensure all variations are claimed.

Pre Award Meetings:
Attend pre award meetings and any other meetings that are required with respect to ensuring the financial well being of the contract.

RCT 1 & RCT 46:
Apply in time for RCT 1 & RCT 46 n good time prior to first payment from Main Contractors.

Cost Reporting:
Assist in monitoring costs on projects.
Authority
• Agree payments with sub contractors
• Apply for payments
• To hold account meetings with suppliers and sub contractors with respect to costs
• Accept final account settlement
