We are seeking people to work on our clients helpdesk receiving and assessing incoming queries by phone and email from external customers, providing initial customer support and classification of the requests, routing service requests to relevant support groups, answering customers' queries using a knowledge base.

You will be fluent in both English and French, fluency in German would also be useful.

You will also have good knowledge of MsOffice and ideally Lotus Notes.
