Customer Support Representative provides professional support to customers of our client via telephone and e-mail.

Tasks:
- answering phone calls in Slovenian language
- problem solving
- replying e-mails in Slovenian language
- doing the administration

Requirements:
- Fluent Slovenian language knowledge
- English is a must
- good PC skills
- have excellent problem solving skills
- very good communication skills
- Hungarian language knowledge in not needed
