Job Description

As new Back Office in our Swiss Branch in Zurich you will be responsible for giving support to our Central Europe team as well as our Austrian and Swiss clients in connection with our Online Booking Tool.

You will be part of a young, enthusiastic, dynamic and constantly changing organization with worldwide presence.

Role responsibilities will include:

- Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, sales statistics and other related office documents.
- General office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, emailing, faxing.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.

The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated team player, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient with computers, customer focused and capable of building long lasting relationships with our clients.

All applicants should have a perfect command of the Swiss German, German, English and French languages.
