The role is to provide E-mail, Phone and Live Chat support for all Greek and English speaking members for all brands. The Member Support Department is the first line of contact for our members and, therefore, essential in promoting and representing the Company in the most professional and personal manner possible. This, in turn, ensures the satisfaction of our customers, which contributes to us being the best Casino & Poker room in the World.

We are currently looking for a Greek Customer Support Representative, who must also be fluent in oral & written English to a professional level. Knowledge of Poker & Casino Games would be an advantage, although extensive training will be provided.

On occasions you may also be required to assist other departments (eg translations), to enhance communications and operations between our members and our organisation.

Technical Skills Required:

- Good Computer skills, especially MS Office programs
