GREEK SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Customer Support Representatives provide customer support to the customers via the telephone and e-mail.

Tasks:
• responde to incoming phone calls and e-mails in GREEK language
• problem solving
• administration in the computer system
• data tracking

We are looking for native GREEK speaking candidates who have:

• excellent problem solving skills
• very good communication skills
• user level computer skills
• conversational English
• interest in technical field is an advantage
• The knowledge of Hungarian language is not required.
