The Role

The Bloomberg Sales department in Hong Kong looks after Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Korea markets. We are looking for people with developing and financial background to assist the Bloomberg Sales force promoting Bloomberg Excel Add-In and programing API, and develop customized solutions for users in the region, using Excel VBA and Visual Studio .NET.

Requirements

Successful candidate should be: highly creative, proactive, self-motivated, project-oriented, capable of managing and progressing multiple tasks simultaneously, within strict deadlines; will have the ability to work independently as well as work closely with others; will possess knowledge of financial markets and will be proficient in VBA and/or C#/VB.NET.

He/she should also have strong communication skills, as the job involves daily interaction with Bloomberg customers and Bloomberg Sales Force. Excellent command of English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages would be a major asset.
