The Company

A Global Portfolio Investment Company is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Chief
Executive Officer to join their team based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Travel will be essential to

The Role

To provide the full range of PA, secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the
CEO as follows:

• Manage the administration team and administration projects, and provide regular
updates to management
• Diary management, organising and coordinating extensive travel arrangements and
arrangement of meetings
• Travel to support business and private events and business visits to other group
offices in support of the CEO, as required
• Representing and assisting the CEO in personal and business affairs
• Assisting the CEO on all projects as required, including those of a highly sensitive
and personal nature
• Preparing and organising the CEO’s participation in conferences and other social or
charity events
• Liaison with key senior management personnel throughout the business
• Building and developing, liaising with PR and looking after the company brand and
the CEO’s image, both internally and externally
• Manage CEO’s petty cash for day to day expenses
• Liaison with external agencies and suppliers – extensive liaison required with full
range of suppliers, organisations and travel companies
• Involved in the recruitment of domestic staff and administrators
• Any other duties that might be required from time to time.

The Individual

• At least 7-10 years previous PA experience operating at a senior level, ideally with
international experience at CEO / MD levels, and preferably from a private equity /
hedge fund or financial services industry background
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as project management skills
• Track record demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
together with organisational management
• English & Greek language required, French and /or German highly desirable
• University qualification or relevant secretarial certificate will be essential
