Job Description

Our client, a very successful online gaming company, are looking for a Customer Service Manager to manage their team of Customer Service which functions in 18 different languages.

As Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the level of excellent customer service that our client provides and you will be able to recognize that your relationship with key stakeholders will be essential to the delivery of high standards of service.

With a visible leadership style and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, you will motivate others to succeed.

You will be responsible for:

• coordination of CS activities
• management of time schedules
• review of process and procedures
• assistance with the performance review process for the team members
• conduction of regular language testing

The ideal candidate will possess:

• a minimum of five years customer service experience in a ticket or call center environment
• several years experience in a supervisory or management role (excluding team lead)
• an excellent command of the English language
• experience with mail or ticket based systems
• a proven ability to positively impact performance of employees through performance management and coaching
• a highly motivated individual coupled with excellent organization skills
• the willingness to work weekends where required
• some exposure to anti fraud measures and procedures
Candidates that have perfect written and spoken Russian will be preferred, but does not exclude candidate with other languages from applying.
