Job Description
Customer Support Technician provides professional support to customers of our client via telephone and e-mail.
The position contains both type of jobs:
Front Office:
- Receiving requests over the phone
- Qualifying, prioritizing cases, proper and thorough registration in database
- Arranging necessary steps with subcontractors, liaising with local country offices, coordinators, technical teams
- Coordinating progress, case follow up with total case ownership until closure
- Initiate preventive calls to minimize risks, damages in case of any foreseen event
Back Office:
- Receiving, categorizing and registration of work orders
- Validation and pre-authorization of work orders and contractual agreements
- Total case ownership
- Liaising with local country offices, coordinators, technical teams
Language skills:
- Fluent in Czech language
-intermediate level of English
