TITLE: German Helpline Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking to recruit for our Client Services and Claims Department. The successful candidates will be responsible for administering policies from enrolement to renewal, claims adjudication and payment for our international Client base.
Ideally you will have 1-2 years experience in a Client Services or Support function in the Insurance/Financial Services industry. Comprehensive training will be provided. Standard
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
§ You must have fluent written and spoken German to a native level
§ Cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal skills
§ Capable of working both on own initiative and as part of a multilingual multi-disciplined team
§ Flexible and adaptable
§ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
§ Strong problem solving and analytical skills
