Job Title German or French speaking Audio Typist

Salary From £16,250 per annum plus benefits


Based in Buckinghamshire, our client is a world leading language services company.

To support their multilingual translation team, they wish to recruit a German or French speaking Audio Typist.

The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

* Type up translations (from audio tape) – either texts from English into French or English into-German texts
* Provide a completed typed translation to proof readers who suggest any corrections
* Makes any other corrections/amendments to proof read text
* Liase with other departments who will complete the translation task

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and background:

* Either: French OR German to mother tongue standard, as well as fluent English
* Have accurate typing skills (audio experience required)
* Have IT skills in Microsoft Word – intermediate level at least
* Have good, basic spelling abilities in English

This job is a minimum of 20 hours per week so is available on a full or part time basis. Benefits include: Group Healthcare Scheme, 20 days holiday and Group Personal Pension Scheme.
