Our client is a world leading IT Hardware manufacturing company.

To devleop sales of their product range into the Nordic & UK retail sector, they wish to recruit an IT Retail Sales Account Manager.

Based from the EMEA Head office in Sunbury on Thames + regular travel (1 week per month) to the Nordic countries, your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

* Develop sales for the territory via the retail channel in line with company retail sales strategy and visit these partners and customers on a regular basis
* Create an account plan to grow and develop revenue, profit and share of business
* Work closely with the UK/Nordic/Retail marketing teams to develop account propositions and business proposals that are compelling
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail market sector
* Work with internal sales team to monitor account ordering and pricing and quotations
* Understand competition and to identify and take advantage of any business opportunities
* Feedback competitive pricing to internal sales director and the UK/Nordic/Retail sales teams - Inside Sales and Field Sales

To be considered, you must have the following skills:

* Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency also in either Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish is an advantage but not essential
* Ideally educated to university level
* Have a solid sales experience within the electronics retail sector and have sold to DSGi (Dixons Group) - essential
* Experience of working within a dynamic fast moving company with aggressive growth targets
* Be self-motivated, able to use own initiative and be achievement orientated
* Must be able to build effective working relationships both internally and externally, and be able to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within the organisation and retail channel

On offer is a salary of £35-40K (depending on experience) plus 40% commission, car allowance of £520/month and excellent company benefits.
