Our client is a well established international company and is currently looking for talented individuals to join their International Customer Service Team based in London.

The role is to provide support services to clients in both the UK and worldwide via the telephone and email. The environment is forward-thinking and fast paced with a culture that prides itself on providing outstanding level of service to clients.

As the company operates globally, a second language in addition to your English will be required. Some of the desired languages are: French, Spanish, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Czech or Turkish.

This is a telephone based role and an excellent telephone manner is required. Candidates with no telephone based experience but with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude will also be considered for the position.

The company offers a starting salary of £19,000 per annum along with an excellent package.
