Implementation Manager

Up to £40,000 depending on experience

A Global TMC is looking for an Implementation Manager to be responsible for the Implementation of Online Booking Engine and Profile Solutions for corporate customers in Europe.

Key responsibilities:
Manage customer product implementation project
Support Tech Sales, Online Product Support and Countries Fulfillment Coordinator
Define and manage the implementation process, the used tools to support this process, the documentation set up
Support clients change management process incl. adoption program
Assure project budget (time and money) compliance
Conduct customer presentations during the tool selection process
Support on handbook management of the tool portfolio
Support the PNR Configuration, Queue Management and other operational requirements with the Fulfillment Coordinator
Support Help/Support desks 2. Level Support
Participate in special projects around Online Business

To be successful for this position you should have previous experience with data base management and experience on international projects. You will also have experience in HTML / Web design and excellent knowledge in OBTs.
Must be Fluent in English oral and written, and have good knowledge in French or German.
