Japanese Speaking Hotel Reservations Consultant – City, London

This highly successful, rapidly expanding inbound hotel agency requires an experienced FLUENT Japanese Speaking Hotel Reservations Consultant to join their reservations team booking accommodation from wide spectrum of clients coming to the UK.

As a Japanese Speaking Hotel Reservations Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities including:

* Booking full range of UK based hotels
* Dealing with the overseas agents by telephone and email
* Providing accurate and impartial information / advice on destinations and products
* Advising customers on the suitability of destinations, excursions, hotels and other products
* Promoting the company and its products
* Prompt, polite and professional answering of telephone calls
* Processing efficiently all reservations
* Ensure all bookings are dealt with accurately
* Administration duties required to complete bookings

Japanese Speaking Hotel Reservations Consultant remuneration package:

* Basic salary £16000 plus bonuses
* 20 days holiday plus public/bank holidays
* Predominately Monday to Friday rota
* A Friendly and professional environment working.
