Program Manager/Campaign Manager £24K-£29K

My client, a global Marketing company in the City of London is looking for a Program Manager/Campaign Manager to join the organisation.

The role is a client facing role which will mean that you will be responsible for being the first point of contact in the company for the client. You will be meeting clients on a regular basis and be accountable for the running and execution of marketing projects they have. You will be managing, mentoring and training a team of Marketing Agents and working with a competent team of Program Managers, whilst being assisted by a Deputy Program Manager.

You will be responsible for the weekly statistics, final reports and the allocating of resources towards a successful telemarketing campaign for your client.

The successful candidate will have had experience of being a Campaign Manager or Program Manager in a call centre type environment. You will be personable and able to build rapport with a variety of clients as well as being able to understand a clients needs and deliver results.

You must have had experience of managing a team and possess excellent man management skills – being able to bring out the best in your team through team building, morale boosting exercises, training, Quality control, and performance reviews.
Any knowledge of European Languages is an added bonus.

The salary for this role is between £24K-£29K.
