Operations Supervisor - varied, fun and busy role! Successful adventure and special interest tours company seeks a Supervisor to oversee a small team and take responsibility of the smooth operations of the European tour programme.

A busy and varied role, you will be contracting and negotiating hotel and suppliers (meals, entertainment, attractions) in Europe; preparing rooming lists; helping Tour Directors with on the road queries; working with internal departments such as reservations, sales and marketing and accounts; liaising with overseas agents and managing a small team.

The Company have had a very successful few years and are constantly growing - next year they are introducing a new computer system so we prefer candidates with some technological abilities as you will be involved in learning a new system and training your team on it.

Fluency in English is essential - a 2nd European language is useful especially French.
