Job Description

THE COMPANY

This company is the global market leader in home entertainment and electronics, employing well over 6,000 staff globally, and constantly expanding and innovative in its approach. You will be based in the international customer support centre where they work in 12 European languages.

THE ROLE

1.The aim of the role is to help end users and provide FIRST LINE direct telephone support to clients in French. You will be dealing with a maximum of 35 inbound technical calls per day.

2.Liaising with clients in French and Spanish daily, both written and spoken

3.Turning the customers problem into a positive experience that enhances the relationship between the company and the client

4.Operating remote diagnostic equipment in order to locate a problem and provide a solution

5.Client relationship management: develop excellent quality relationships with existing clients as well as other parts of the organisation
