Our client is a leading and still expanding consultancy in Central London

Role: Marketing Coordinator with French
Reporting to the Director, the Marketing Coordinator with French will be responsible for working with the international partners on developing a marketing plan and executing it. The French speaking Marketing Coordinator will promote and sell the company's training courses in London and Africa including making arrangements and assisting course participants and maintaining good relations with all clients by responding to their requests in a timely and efficient fashion
The French speaking Marketing Coordinator will help produce newsletters, mailshots, bulletins etc. and liaise with service providers for conference flyers, newsletters as well as ensure the distribution of publicity and conference/workshop materials.

Profile
This position would be of interest to someone who is/has:
·Native standard French speaker - Portuguese and/or Arabic useful
·Confident, smart, good at dealing with people, good telephone style, confident to make “cold calls”
·Some experience in marketing and conference organisation
·Experience with African businesses or in Africa would be a distinct advantage
·Some experience in the oil, energy or natural resource industry (not essential)
·Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ACT/Sage etc)
·It is also important that the person is an outgoing self-starter and team player who likes the idea of being a key player in a small company
