French speaking Customer Quality Manager
£30K - £35K
Croydon - South East London
(ideal for someone with previous customer service management experience)
Our client , a leading international company is looking for a French speaking candidate to act as an interface between the Production and Customer Serivce departments to escalate, investigate and resolve customer impacting issues in an accurate, timely and efficient way to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
For this role, it is essential that you are fluent in both English and French and are a good user of MS Office. Practical work experience in a call centre (supervisor / team leader) or confererencing environment is desirable. Knowledge of MS Project (MSP) is also advantageous.
